    Get organized for maintenance cleaning (schedule, tasks, supplies)

    Clean up after yourself immediately (cooking or any clutter you make)

    Sell or give stuff away that you don’t use. Evaluate every room and object in it. Less crap = less clutter.

    Don’t buy shit that won’t have a home. Take your time buying stuff. Most of the gratification you get is in the research and imagining it, so spend as much time as you need to ensure it’s exactly the right thing.

      Definitely points two and four. Then move on to point four. With those handled, you’ve got breathing room to take care of one.
