I hate these little dudes. Gotta vacuum and wash sheets more often to battle against them.

Find out where the larvae are thriving: do you have natural fiber rugs or animal pelts or lots of pet/human hair concentrated anywhere? Is there by any chance horsehair plaster in your house? The larvae feed on keratin (in hair) and the adults leave to find dried veg matter.

It’s definitely possible. The house is from like the 1880s or something. and there is a horse and buggy cart in the back. (no horses currently)

      human hair concentrated anywhere?

I think I shed hair more than the average person and I’m constantly removing so much hair out of my vacuum roller. The place is also carpeted, and the carpet is getting old.

      thanks for the information
